Chemical Industry includes all the companies that produce industrial chemicals goods, like petrochemicals, agrochemicals, pharmaceutical, polymers, tints, etc. developing materials and substances with immediate utility or need by other industries. Two thirds of its output is to other transforming industries, which often implies a strong relationship between global economic growth of a certain region and its Chemical Industry development.
